Refund policy
At Whimsington, your satisfaction is important to us. All sales are considered final and are non-refundable except in cases where the product is defective, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date through our contact form. Please note that digital products, such as downloadable PDFs, are not eligible for refunds.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and suitable for resale. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt will not be eligible for a refund. A restocking fee of $5 per item will be deducted from all returns. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Gift cards are not refundable. If you purchased items with a gift card and they meet our return criteria, the refund will be applied back to your gift card balance. Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Support
Email us at through our contact form with the following information to determine if your order is eligible for a return:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
2. Prepare and Ship the Item
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Return Processing
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your refund. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.
International Return Note
For international orders, please be aware that we cannot provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
